Had one claim during the year, I’d describe it as effortless. My Vet handled it from the point of filling out a claim form to me receiving a confirmation email that the claim was succesful.

Hello Rachel, Thank you for giving us this positive review and also for taking the time to add your feedback. By default, we do email most customer documents (we are trying to save paper), but we do appreciate that not everybody has access to a printer and can confirm that you always do have the option of requesting that a copy of any documents we generate are sent out to you by post - all you need to do is ask for the hardcopy when you contact us. To resolve the problem you've reported, I have today arranged for copies of the documents we emailed to you on 26/07/2021 to now also be posted out to the address we hold on file for you. These should arrive in the next 10 days, but please do let me know if you do not receive them for any reason. I do hope that you're happy with the actions taken to resolve this. If there is ever anything else we can do to help, or if you have any questions about your pet insurance policy, please do give us a call on 0345 982 5505 and we'll be very happy to assist you in any way that we can.
