We are very sorry to hear that you have not received the policy documents you needed in a timely fashion and that you are also not happy with the service/communication you have received from us since you made us aware that you were missing these documents. I understand that you have already spoken to one of my colleagues today and they have been able to send over all of the documents you needed by email and that you have since confirmed receipt of them verbally. My colleague will also send you further correspondence in respect of your complaint, but I hope you'll appreciate that we are not able to discuss any further policy details on a public forum such as Feefo. Policy documents should be sent out automatically when a policy is purchased online or when requested over the telephone they are sent manually. We are very sorry if the documents you were expecting have not been sent for any reason and also for any inconvenience that not having them may have caused you.
