Mediocre

Increase in my renewal cost despite no claims being made. Staying another year. To give the benefit of the doubt but I'll be switching if they increase it again

Very fast and efficient service.

Very quick and efficient. Also very kind as our bearded dragon had been put to sleep and when we received the claim there was a message offering condolences on our sad loss. This meant a lot.
