Hi There, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you have had issues receiving information on your policy.We have recently started a new procedure whereby we will email/text message our clients to remind them that their renewal is fast approaching and we will be in contact shortly with renewal documents either by post or email. Policies applied for online are renewed and documents are then sent to the email address provided on your original online application. This would be the same address that you received your Feefo review email to. The renewal premium will be stated on the renewal certificate at the top of the second page. We've attempted to call you today to discuss this, but have not been able to reach you. We will send you an email today to discuss this with you further as we would like the opportunity to put things right and check we have the most up to date contact information for you. My claim form went missing so it wasnt processed. I had to do another one which then took ages so I was waiting from March to August to be repaid
