Hello, we are sorry that you aren't happy with our service. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service. This is the second time you are ordering the Liqsorb 500ml bottle and we are currently out of stock on this product so we gave you 3 bottles of the Liqorb 170ml bottles each time. It is the same exact product, same strength as the larger bottle. Also when you get the 3 bottles you are getting 10ml extra at no additional cost. Future orders we will contact you so you are made aware. Is there is anything we can do or offer you to change this review please call me.
