The service at the desk was not very friendly (girl with the piercing in het lip), the dives are relatively expensive if you still need to rent equipment, Nitrox and if you want to use a special trip.

We have only just recently opened the housereef and I know that one of your comments on your trip was you would have appreciated a one dive price, which I’m pleased to tell you we are in the process of creating. Thank you for the positive feedback and Sonia and the crew are very happy that you enjoyed your cruise. On the subject of your friends dietary requirements the chef was aware and felt he had responded to her needs as best he could but we'll review the matter with our chefs to see how we can improve in this area.

Thank you for your positive feedback, I am really pleased you had a good time on Superior. On the subject of tips; over the years we have tried several different ways of handling tips and found that the current system works best. Although we suggest an amount we leave it up to our guests to decide how big a tip they give and some give more and some less. We feel that, if we include the tip in the price, and the service is not up to standard we would then be obliged to provide a refund of that amount.
