The boats, crew and dive quides where excellent but the admin staff could do better.
It would not stop me going back to the same resort or from using Emperor Divers again.

firstly in the morning due to the volume of boats the coastguard has to check before allowing to leave and secondly in the evening where our own transfer system has had room for improvement. We're looking into making a positive difference in both areas. As for the third dive, of course many guests are happy to complete 3 dives and while we often keep them shallower, they can throw up some very nice surprises and we do dive 'proper' dive sites on them. However of course not everyone wants to complete 3 dives per day which is why we offer them rather than include them in the initial price. We are looking into offering half day trips in the coming season for those that don't want a full day on the boat. I really enjoyed the diving and Emperors service. Think that the manager did a. Really good job running two centres with the hard boats at Port Glabib well done Luke.
