Very quick check in, thorough brief before each site, helpful and friendly guides, and my son received excellent tuiton to finish his PADI OW course. Seeing dolphins underwater (twice!) was a bonus.

Excellent divemasters, very helpfull and professional
I couldn't dive, but could only snorkel. Luckily Emperor had someone who could buddy me snorkelling. This was crucial for me as I'm not confident and was travelling solo. Many thanks Max, Mahmoud...

we as a company have worked hard to make sure that the information we give directly to guests is clear, and that the Tour Operators we work with have all the information to do the same - I sympathise if in this case that didn't happen. With regards to the All Inclusive part, we are actually an independent business to the hotel so we receive no part of the AI fee you pay, which is the same in the majority (if not all) of the operators in the Red Sea. However, you are entitled to take a lunchbox from most hotels if you are going on a day trip, and then of course you don't need to pay for lunch on board our boats, which you may find useful information for future trips. Even then we find that a lot of guests still choose our hot lunch on the boat and we do try to ensure it is good value at 6 Euros for lunch and unlimited drinks. Maybe you could give some advice on the lunch box when diver sign in for the trip.
About your connection to the hotel. We thought Emperor and the hotel had a close co-operation?
We would like to return to your place sometime next year,
and we wonder if we can book both dives and accommodation at the Emperor divers?

We have a close cooperation but unfortunately we are separate entities and therefore charge independently for services which is common. I'm sorry if this was not made clear to you before booking. You can certainly book diving, hotel and transfers with us directly, just not flights, and I would welcome you to email me directly once you know some more details so I can help you with getting a quote, ensure you know what's included and what is extra, and then book if you're happy.
