We were lucky and did some diving on the House Reef (Dugong Yaaaaaaay). Then the joy of Elite Safari, South and St Johns and then boat diving for the last couple of days.

of course it is not our intent to cause any distress or give the impression of collecting surprise fees, and certainly we are not collecting extra 'bakshish' - we appreciate anything that is given to the team in that regard but it remains at customer discretion to do so.
As I'm sure you're aware the Euro and Egyptian Pound currencies are quite volatile at the moment and while we update our exchanges regularly sometimes we can be a bit away from the actual rate at the time of transaction. This is also exacerbated by your bank provider as they have to exchange the currency back. We do not charge any set fee for using credit or debit cards. We create our prices in Euros as this is a currency most people are familiar with, and if you pre-book your diving in the future you can pay these amounts with zero exchange. In Egypt when you pay locally, we have to use the Egyptian Pound on the Credit Card machine, and so 2 exchanges are necessary. If you pay Euro cash in resort, again you can avoid the exchange.
If you could please email me the amount in Euros your credit card provider charged you for, on what date, I can look into this for you and see what can be done.
