Hvordan indsamles Feefo-anmeldelser?

Rip Off

Absolute Rip off Terms and Conditions. Desperate to make money without any scruples or principles. The cartoonish website advert itself reflects immaturity behind the scenes.

We're sorry it felt that way, — that's not the experience we want anyone to have. To be straight about how it works: the fee is an emergency callout plus the first hour of a qualified engineer's time. Any work beyond the first hour is priced and agreed with you before it starts. If that wasn't made clear enough on the booking call, that's on us to fix. Please email help@emergencyhero.co.uk with your postcode and we'll go through it properly. — Adam, Emergency Hero
