Hello Paul, I am trying to locate your K2743's & 817's now they should have been part shipped, i am waiting for t a proof of delivery from our carrier. The 818's (Rectangular Extension box) we have had on order with BG since September. I have just phoned BG to chase and they are now advising delivery in January! BG import everything so when they run out of something it can be months which causes us real headaches, we are actually reviewing this particular supplier and considering removing them from the website completely. 2nd October – Placed order
5th October – Received email advising the product was on backorder and will be delivered on the 8th October.
8th October – No delivery
14th October – Called the 0845...

Hello Mark,
I am told the replacement heater should have been/will be delivered direct to you from Adax today? Please let me know if this isn’t the case, I do hope it in a+ condition? I have processed a £10 refund by means of an apology, which should appear in the next day or so.
You shouldn’t have had to wait so long for a replacement. We failed to communicate what was happening and indeed should have put more pressure on Adax to resend your order. It’s no excuse but staff holidays and sickness meant you were overlooked and for that you have my sincere apologies. Kind Regards, Allan

Excellent service after leaving review.
Within 2 hours – Received an email informing they would collect the damaged heater.
Within 24 Hours - The heater was collected.
Within 48 Hours - The new undamaged heater was delivered.
Excellent service guys.
Good service, product was slight damaged as the plastic lugs holding the casing on were broken causing a gap between the metal and the plastic, guessing this was caused in transit.

Very good service. Phoned straight back to help us when some of the order appeared lost, but wasn't. Seemed to care that we got the things we needed and in time.

It took over two weeks to try and figure out what was going on with our order. We eventually had to cancel it.
