Prices are usually better than Hotel. Com and the bonus system is easier to use.. I'll be a customer here...

Great site, best prices out there, and good offers too
The website is easy to use, they've got a great loyalty programme ("BONUS+"), they have discount codes regularly, and they give great cashback deals through Quidco.

Professional, Prompt, Polite.
Good experience at the hotel with our main room being immediately replaced with a better one following detection of a plumbing drainage blockage/ defect in the bath unit.

First choice for hotel bookings
Efficient service, transparent pricing. The app is very easy to use. It is helpful and reassuring to receive the automatic text message confirming a booking once it has been processed too.
