Super efficient

Simple to buy and highlighted there was an error on booking (probably my fault) and was sorted well within 24 hrs with no issues . My first experience with them and will not be my last at this rate

Disgraceful

Our holiday was cancelled 2 weeks prior to departure. We then spent 3 days on the phone trying to get the credit back on our account. We have lost money on airport parking and dog kennelling
