Kun kunder med købsbevis kan skrive en Feefo-anmeldelse. Det sikrer vi ved at tage kontakt til køberne lige efter deres transaktion.

Hvordan verificerer vi anmeldelser?

Vi kontrollerer, at anmeldelserne kommer fra ægte kunder, ved at matche dem med et salg eller en transaktion. Folk bliver først inviteret til at skrive en anmeldelse, når de har købt noget hos virksomheden.

Thank you for being an easyhome customer. We appreciate having you as one of our customers and have looked at what we can do regarding your stolen iphone. Your Kitchener branch has been working within our network to look for alternatives for you. They have offered you another phone at a reduced rate and hope this helps. Also since your purchased an Apple product it is important for you to report your stolen iphone to the police and contact Apple, as they have the “find my phone” application and if it is installed they can help you track it down and protect all your information carried within. When things like this happen we try and help out, but even we are limited on what we can offer as theft is something we cannot account for, nor replace. The team @easyhome #goeasy

The sales person was lovely- she even called me to explain my fees! I like her services, and I'm looking forward to going on this evening :) I felt frustrated but she was calm and explained everything! Awesome customer service!
