Hello Tony, we send all items out on a fully tracked and signed for service. I presume that your drive must have been too narrow for his vehicle for him not to get up your drive. We also offer a tracking service through Parcelforce with a 1 hour timed slot which is sent by text but you do need to give us a mobile number on your order to get this.
