Sorry to hear you have not received your policy documents. I have resent them to the email address you provided. Sometimes email providers put the emails in the junk folder so you might want to look in there, the email should have the subject 'Your Insurance Details'.
If you still don't have them please call the office on 01483 562 662 and we can arrange to send a copy in the post to you.

When I then realised I made a mistake with our address I called and spoke to a very helpful person it was corrected and e mailed back corrected within the hour

Thank you for your feedback. We are always happy to help with anything that isn't quite right on the certificate.
Similarly we can always email copies to different email addresses if there is a mistake on it or it doesn't come through.
