Bad Service.
Dixons on more than one occasion caused confusion between ourselves and potential buyers which led to potential sales being lost. For example not informing two clients of the issue with our lease....

good service could comunicate more often
the service was good but we felt that we had to chance dixons with regards completion of our home towards the end.

Not worth the fees charged , constantly had to chase and make phone calls. Also , the mortgage advice was terrible, had to find someone else.
