I understand from our correspondence that the hotel has steepish ramps to reception and foyer toilets, and also to disabled rooms. We apologise for not informing you that this was the case. We have updated our web site and all our staff are now aware of the importance of checking on ramps (which is especially relevant for people who use walkers) and making sure that our customers are aware of these details prior to booking.
