Thanks for your comments. I am pleased to hear that the service you received was good.
I do appreciate that it can be frustrating having to pay the full amount so far in advance however; your booking was made less than 14 weeks prior to your arrival date and therefore (as per the booking conditions on our website) the full amount was due.
This is a standard procedure that many Travel Agents follow and the reason for this is due to all Tour Operators/Property Owners varying in payment request dates and these can be anywhere from 6 to 14 weeks prior to the arrival date. This is the reason we ask for full payment at week 14 (to cover all Operators/Property Owners).
I do hope that this helps you to understand the need for full payment so far in advance and I apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Thanks again for your feedback and we wish you a great holiday!
