I thought it was easy jet direct site as first to come up on Google which they have obviously paid a fee for!!! Cost me £75 booking fee for nothing!

It was easy but I didn't realise I was booking through Direct flights. I thought I was in the Easyjet website and was surprised to find a service fee of £20

Good - but also a little disappointed too.

I felt confident about placing my booking with them, but was disapointed that a change/cancellation relating to my inward bound flight, changed so rapidly after booking. I was not prepared for that.
