Our online system ensures that card details are encrypted and the agents will require the 3 digit security code to ensure that we are speaking with the correct client and card holder. For security the client could have called back on our sales line. The admin department is closed over the weekends and the agent would advised that all documents could only be sent on the Monday following confirmation which, according to our records, was honoured. We do apologise for the incorrect subject line in the email but can confirm that all other details and booking documents were correct. We are currently installing a new system which may have resulted in a duplication of a subject line.
