Thank you for your feedback. Each year the Designers Guild January sale begins at the end of December, and runs throughout the month of January, similar to many other retailers. Unfortunately the very nature of a sale means that we are at liberty to reduce our prices, accordingly, and particularly when in preparation for new ranges, such as that as our Spring/Summer range which was launched this month. However, providing items are unused and returned within 30 working days we can accept returns, whereby customers are welcome to repurchase at sale prices.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with the service you received from Designers Guild. As your items were both dispatched and delivery was attempted on time, it is not our policy to then refund delivery charges, should a customer not be present at the time of delivery. We appreciate this is frustrating given the small time frame from which you left your property, however, in future if ever you are expecting a delivery from us but need to pop out, please let us know and we will contact our driver. Alternatively, we suggest that you leave a note for the driver stating this, or if it is OK to leave with a neighbor.

Our courier company do require signatures to complete their delivery, as we feel it is important to have a record of this information, should any discrepancies regarding delivery occur .We certainly appreciate your feedback both of these matters, however, and will examine our delivery schedules, and look to making the requirement of a signature apparent on our website
