Kun kunder med købsbevis kan skrive en Feefo-anmeldelse. Det sikrer vi ved at tage kontakt til køberne lige efter deres transaktion.

Hvordan verificerer vi anmeldelser?

Vi kontrollerer, at anmeldelserne kommer fra ægte kunder, ved at matche dem med et salg eller en transaktion. Folk bliver først inviteret til at skrive en anmeldelse, når de har købt noget hos virksomheden.

originally you self-booked appointments with 4 different clinics for the same day, all through us at Dental Departures. As we can not accommodate this in our system, I did try to phone you but was not able to get through so I then emailed you on the 13th March and asked you which clinic that you would like to attend for your dental care. I am sorry that we were not able to schedule your original appointment with Sea Smile for the 14th April but as I explained to you, it is right in the middle of the Thai New Year on the 14th and as most of our clinics are closed over that week, Sea Smile are extremely busy and were not able to fit you in. I then confirmed an appointment time for you with Promjai Dental Clinic Patong at 10:00am on the 14th April. This appointment has been confirmed so you are all set. If I had a phone while setting up my appointment it may have been quicker but given that I had time the email communications were fine. I am very happy with the recommendation of Bokanova Dental.
