The ease of looking at different policy types online was useful and easy to use and the offer of the £10 giftcard was a nice gesture too. Just a shame that when I tried to use the giftcard I was told...
The process to select and purchase the insurance was good. I haven't had to actually use the product (and hope that I shan't need to) so can't comment except about purchase process.

Some of the terms were difficult to understand but the cover is good
I haven't recived any information or acknowledgment through the post or by e-mail. I would have thought as I'm buying insurance, I would have recived something.
