The engineer turned up within an hour of my call. Gave advice re changing the fuses in the garage motor plug, and the adaptor plug. Did not charge as advice only given. He was polite and helpful. ...

Very good service.

As always, getting something fixed was a more expensive process than expected. However the staff on telephone and the engineer were prompt and faultless. I would recommend them.
