Specifically with respect to your comments about when you are able to transfer money using our mobile banking app, whilst this does allow you to transfer money to other Cumberland accounts at anytime and to accounts elsewhere using the Paym service at anytime, I have passed on your comments about the current restrictions to the management team responsible for this service.
