Thank you for your review. We're sorry that your shirt is currently out of stock and apologize for the delay. If you would prefer not to wait, please reply to your order confirmation email with details of an alternative shirt and we'll be happy to advise on the best way to update your order. Alternatively, we're currently expecting this shirt to be back in stock on 7th November, and we appreciate your patience in the meantime. We hope the shirt will be worth the wait and that you enjoy it once it arrives.

Thank you for your feedback following your recent purchase. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the delivery timeframe. Having reviewed your orders, we can see that your first shirt arrived five days earlier than the estimated delivery date provided in your order confirmation email. Your second shirt is also due for delivery today and is currently on track to arrive ahead of its estimated delivery date. Our standard delivery service is 8-10 business days, although many orders arrive sooner. If you require your items more quickly in future, we also offer expedited delivery options, including express shipping with UPS. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope you enjoy your shirts.

Thanks for leaving your feedback with us, and I'm sorry to hear that your refund has not yet fully been completed. I can see that as this was quite a large value first time order, we've asked that rather than refund you immediately upon proof of postage that we instead wait for your items to arrive back in our warehouse. Our Returns Team have emailed you directly explaining the specifics of why we are unable to issue the full refund right away. I completely understand the inconvenience this causes and we thank you for your continued patience.
