You wouldn't cover my wife for anything concerning her lungs, although she had the cancer fully removed four years ago and is now 100% clean and with no after effects.

Hi, as an insurer Cover-More will need to assess the risk to be able to determine whether we can provide cover or not. We acknowlegde that your wife may have completed a medical assessment to be added on yours/her policy however may have come back as not covered. If this is the case you're welcome to request for a Manual Review by our medical team by emailing assessments@covermore.com.au

Unfortunately we didn’t travel due to injury before departure but they were very helpful in getting us a refund although they still charged us a fee

Mediocre as we lost 2 days accommodation yet had to pay the $250 excess so refund was around 50!!! Should be a sliding scale if claim is in the thousands yet i understand $250 excess but not small...

If you believe we have overlooked an important information or fact regarding your claim you're always welcome to have it reviewed by our Customer Relations Department by emailing customerrelations@covermore.com.au However, please note that on the Product Disclosure Statement, the claim excess that is deducted from your claim is based on the excess you have chosen at the time you purchased your policy.
