Can’t get through phone or email to discuss refund
I wasn’t able to take my trip due to border closures. Tried to call and email, but couldn’t get through nor have I received a reply. Very disappointing.

I've used Cover-More for as long as I can remember. A good product. Disappointed I could not get a full refund or credit given Coronavirus.

Waiting for Refund
No Issue with Purchasing. Major Issue with Cancellation and refund. So far emails from 22 March and 1 phone calls when advised to wait as they were extremely busy, which I understand.

The Government banned ALL international travel & now we cant get credit for when the ban is lifted. I would understand if we cancelled the trip but when it is out of our hands, the Covermore should...
