Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm really sorry to hear that you've been left feeling unsupported, and I'd like to help you get this sorted. I've personally reached out to our Customer Support team to look into what's happened, but we've been unable to find any previous correspondence relating to your concerns. We genuinely want to help, so I'd really appreciate it if you could email us at support@coverdrone.com with a little more information about the issue you've experienced. This will help our team understand what's happened - they'll be happy to investigate further and work towards a resolution for you. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We look forward to hearing from you and understanding how we can help. Kind regards, Jake, Marketing Manager
