I didn't want to renew and filled in the website form to cancel the auto renewal in advance, but you still renewed my policy, and I've asked this to be rectified but haven't heard back.

We send a renewal invitation in good time before the renewal date to the email address we hold on file, this confirms that we will automatically renew the policy, We were unable to locate any previous correspondence, but the policy was cancelled and refunded. I am trying to stop the auto renew. Which has to be done by messages. Nobody is coming back to me and then I get this request for feedback on the renewal. Oh dear
