Hello there, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to see you are unhappy. The policy you purchased cannot be amended and my colleague offered assistance as a goodwill gesture which you agreed to. You replied to us on the Friday end of day and it was a bank holiday weekend in the UK which means we were not open until the Tuesday. We always try to answer within 2 business days if possible and I can see my colleague replied to you on the Wednesday which is within this time frame. If you need anything else, do contact us. Yes, in the mean time it is Thursday, I still haven't received anything back from you. Still waiting for my confirmation of cancellation. People buy policies and sometimes need their immediate cancellation , as you say you can do in your website.

We do our best to respond back to everybody as quickly as you can but I am sure you can appreciate that bank holiday weekend returns are always busy. Parking close to terminal

Having parking only a few metres walk to the terminal which was important to us. It was easy to book at a reasonable price.

Y had a smached window last year in june and y was refunded one month after my clame , so y am very satisfied to by refunded so quick .that's we y insured myself for this years holliday again.

taking out the insurance cover was made easy.

Quick to sort out insurance and good price for a years cover. Be interesting to see how it would be if you had a claim. Got the insurance for holiday in Australia that was covered by this insurance.
