My last 2 orders have taken over a week to be delivered.
This is much longer than in previous years. I can't even blame winter, as my last order was just 2 weeks ago, in spring.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with our delivery times which are currently 5-7 working days. Delivery times tend to differ throughout the seasons, and usually tend to decrease in winter as we bring in some extra hands to help us meet demand.
