However, I cannot locate you asking for any reports to be amended but rather, an addendum report was prepared by the expert following review of your completed medical notes and records after your physiotherapy treatment had been completed. I note that you instructed the firm on 31.12.15 and you accepted an offer made by the Defendant within 6 months. Unfortunately, your case did take a little extra time because the Defendant insurers did not admit liability for your accident until April 2016. Your claim settled at the end of June 2016. The time in which the Defendant insurers have to respond is set by the court and is outside of our control, although we do all I can to pursue claims as quickly as possible.
