I understand your concern regarding the duplicate return parcel that was collected on 11 September 2026 and that you have not received any confirmation from us, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. I can confirm the parcel has been received back and the amount refunded back to your original method of payment on 16/9/26. We normally advise to allow 3/5 days for this to show in your account.
