I understand your frustration, particularly as the two pairs were expected to be identical in size, length and colour, yet you found that one pair was approximately 2cm shorter than the other. To return the unsuitable pair, simply use the free returns label enclosed with your parcel and send the item back to us at no cost. Once received, we will arrange a replacement to be sent to you.
