Hello We offer a 60 day exchange / refund policy as clearly detailed on our website. Unfortunately the watch had been purchased long before this date. I can see you were advised of the warranty contact information for Timex and sent a copy of your receipt which is needed by them to repair the watch under the 2 year warranty. Hello Our Free European shipping is estimated to take 2-5 working days but we ask customers to allow up to 15 working days (3 weeks) as different country’s customs can take a bit longer. Please be aware that as this is a free delivery service it is not a fully trackable service.
