The watch I purchased didn’t work. Turned out the battery was completely flat. As no tab to pull to start the watch working I wonder if it had been used before. Rang helpline and waited one hour...

Hello On our webpage under EU delivery options it states Free Delivery Usually takes 3-10 working days. Please allow 30 working days (6 weeks) as this is not a fully trackable service. Please note that this delivery service will not be fast tracked through any customs processes. Watches2U recommends using the Express service for a fully guaranteed service.
