Glad you like the product and as commented elsewhere we are working on implementing the IT systems to avoid our EU customers picking up extra charges - we'll let you know when in place. UK customers are not affected by any charges.

Hi, I can see from our customer service emails we have been in contact with you on the matter and I understand your frustration here. Unfortunately some international items are taking a lot longer to arrive these days and once the item leaves us it really is out of our hands. As already explained, we will refund you or re-dispatch if the item does not arrive soon.
