Fast delivery but the goods just arrived. Lucky I was working from home otherwise would have missed the delivery. No email or communication telling me goods have been dispatched etc.

Thank you for your review and we are happy that you are pleased with your order. The couriers should email and text you with the delivery time so I will take this up with them. They will always leave a card should you not be in and then will rearrange another delivery. Jamie Welch

Thank you for your feedback and I would like to apologise that you have found these things to be the case. I have checked all of our email database and cannot find an email from yourself at all. We do take pride in our customer service along with our products and had we known would have certainly organised a replacement chair immediately to solve the problem. I will be looking into this and again would like to apologise however I am struggling to find that this complaint has ever been logged. Jamie Welch
