But suggest products are inspected for damage before delivery as returning a conference chair was very strenuous i.e.exchanging packaging. I am 84yrs.

Thank you for your email and I am sorry that the courier had managed to damage the chair. It was unfortunate that you had disposed of all the packaging so had no packaging to return the chair but hope by us sending a box out to you to put the damaged one in that this helped. I am pleased that the other chair was ok. Jamie Welch

I emailed the office after the Christmas break (having ordered it online on Boxing Day) and…

I emailed the office after the Christmas break (having ordered it online on Boxing Day) and had a reply within 30 mins to say the chair was on its way to me. I recommend them and will use them again.
