Good Morning
Oh no! It was great speaking to you that day despite the bad news we had run out of stock for the bracelet.
We thought the fact we contacted you straight away (and refunded straight away) would show our commitment to good service even when we are unable to fulfill an order.
We would love to help you in the future should you need help shopping for another jewellery gift.
