Absolutely Awful experience. Chain broke after a few weeks.sent an email to be told it was my fault and to repair it myself, sent loads of emails after and no reply. Disgusting service all together

I am sorry to read your feedback.
I reviewed your customer journey with our company and I can confirm your order was fulfilled on time. You emailed us 4 weeks after your purchase to report the breakage and our team replied in less than 12 hours.
Checking the pictures provided on your message we reported to you the clear evidence of accidental damage to the chain which would make any warranty claim voidable. The spring ring was bent out of shape, dented and the ring which attached it to the chain was also pulled open and out of shape.
We suggested a local repair as this would have been cheaper for you, specially considering postage costs.
I am sorry the response received wasn't as expected. We do what we can to help everyone but we are unable to offer insurance against accidental damage/ loss or theft.

Prompt and excellent service. When theire was a query over the engraving they phoned and discussed the solution- much easier than a series of emails. The item is everything I could have asked.
