We are sorry that you have not found the service to be of the high standard Caunce O’Hara provide. Our renewal procedure is to send an invitation 1 month before the renewal date and then a further reminder two weeks before.
We do appreciate that some emails do not reach clients, or end up in junk email, and it seems this has been the case here.
