I have tried to contact you to resolve your issue and left a voicemail with my contact number.
On purchasing policies with us, our automatic renewal procedure is clearly explained in our Terms of Business. We are happy to turn this feature off if a client requests this and this would notify us to contact the client a week before the renewal date to see how they wish to proceed.
I have turned the automatic renewal feature off for your file and we will contact you before your renewal date.

Hi,
Please accept our apologies for this as we wouldn't expect this many emails to be sent asking for feedback, I will look into this further from our end. I believe there is an opt-out button on the email.
I have been purchasing my business insurance from Caunce O'Hara for some years now, and am very happy with their professionalism and prompt, courteous replies to my queries.
