I left the feedback above before I checked my email There was no follow up email with prices and directions for the two places the woman told me about. She promised she would get right on it. Instead someone from one of the places called me. I found out she was way too far away from what I had requested. That call was just a waste of time. I would like to see the prices listed on website instead of having to speak with someone. Website leads you to believe you can read reviews and get all the info you need, only to have you leave personal info for someone to get back with you instead who has no interest in your case or desire to actually help you. Care takers have enough to do without having to rely on someone elses help who is of no help at all. I do love your website though with the information on how to deal with problems and reading what people have to say who are in similar situations.
