Hvordan indsamles Feefo-anmeldelser?

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry your personalised card arrived damaged and that the process to resolve this was frustrating. While I’m pleased we could arrange a refund and free delivery, I understand the inconvenience of having to reorder and provide additional details. Your comments about the process and communication are really appreciated and will help us improve. Kind Regards, Kristine.

Helium balloons

I paid extra for next day delivery. The helium balloons were so deflated. Wasn't worth the money at all.
