Thanks for your feedback which naturally is disappointing. We take on board your comments.  There seems to have been an 11 hour time difference between where you are based and our London office and we appreciate, this will have posed you challenges. Our understand our process for expats is rigorous - we genuinely appreciate that. The process does however, create success allowing us to complete on over 97.9% of our mortgage applications. We understand the point on having to send all original documents. This again is onerous and can be frustrating, unfortunately this is a regulatory requirement - we have to obtain originals for our lending partners, allowing them to safeguard their own customers. We really hope in the future we can demonstrate greater value in our service, particularly given your very unique living and working circumstances.
