Many thanks for the review - delighted to hear that you got so much out of the app and that the hotels we're all to your liking. Please accept our sincere apologies for the mistake with the car hire timings. Though we try to be extra-vigilant when modifying itineraries we believe it must have been overlooked when making the last round of changes. Glad to hear that it got sorted out easily though and that it didn't spoil the overall enjoyment of the holiday.

Great service in all locations
The hotel in Porto had manpower problems in their garden restaurant but the team there tried their utmost.

We changed our car during the booking process and the details were quickly changed to avoid problems with Customs officials.

RE: Hotel Silken Villa de Laguardia. Please ensure that travellers are aware that the hotel is opposite a garage before you get to the hilltop town of Laguardia itself.
This hotel gave us an excellent packed lunch as we headed to Covadonga.
Our mistake - we didn't look at the map carefully enough before booking Covadonga which is a dead end. we should have chosen the larger nearby town as a base. The name eludes me at present.
Potes is alovely town in picos de Europa.
