Thanks for that detailed feedback. We do understand your comments about parking and access and are constantly looking to find the best compromise in these historic Heritage Cities between characterful hotels which are well positioned (ie walkable to the main sights) and those accessibility elements - in this case we found secure parking solutions though we do appreciate that in some locations it was not adjacent to the hotel. Hope it wasn't a major inconvenience.
Regarding the varied wine arrangements that was discussed with the group but we do agree that a more 'homogenous' approach across all hotels would be better and will try to implement that for future groups where possible.
Glad to hear that you wee happy overall with the service particularly through the pandemic which were tricky times for all of us!

Excellent service

Great intro to Northern Spain
Very helpful and efficient so would definitely use again. The accommodation was very local rustic and authentic which gave a real taste of northern Spain.
